It is a pleasure to offer a letter of recommendation for First Tel. North Idaho Eye Institute is a busy medical office housed in a large facility with 20 incoming phone lines, numerous modems and fax lines, and 50 extensions.
Mike Marquardt of First Tel promised to convert our phone system with no down time, no disruption of patient care, provide full staff training, and with a savings of four outside lines. Mike and his staff installed the system at the end of our office day and by 7:30 the next morning the phones were functioning. The training was provided with courtesy and patience requiring many return visits for remedial learners (myself included). Four incoming lines were removed and in fact with the installation of the phone system and voice mail we experienced the savings of one part time staff person.
I recommend First Tel for both their product and respectful customer service.

It was such a pleasure working with this gentleman and his company. He responded to our needs very quickly. We had unfortunately experienced an outage due to a thunder storm. We called him early one morning. He was in our office within one hour. He sold us a new telephone system, and I will add, it was not a high pressure sales job like you get from so many others.
We then called him out to install more phones within 2 weeks. At no time did he try the high pressure sales tactics, he was always pleasant, professional and very reliable. He is well informed and knows his product well. He explained how to use the system, programmed the information that we would need and came back to follow up and see if there was anything else we needed help with.
